DRIED FISH AND SEAFOODS


Dried Salted Rabbitfish (Danggit)

- one of the Pinoy tasty dishes eaten at breakfast or any other meal
- it is good with spicy vinegar, chopped tomatoes, etc.
- dried by sun or wind


Dried Salted Herring (Tunsoy)

- its good during cold seasons
- its great with hot rice
- salty but very tasty

- it is a long, quite flat and silvery white fish
- processed either whole or cut
- salty

- healthy dried fish and free of conservatives/preservatives
- pure natural food for your health
- sun dried process food

 Dried Squid (Pusit)

- dried, seasoned, seafood product
- made from squid or cuttlefish
- delicious

 Sea Weeds (Lato)

- seafood that have the widest range of minerals
- these plant have all minerals which are available in the food humans eat
- its great with vinegar

 Lobster (Banagan)

- used for preparing soups, bisques and lobster rolls
- it contain many mineral and vitamins
- great taste


Shrimp (Hipon)

- small but it is huge in terms of nutritional value
- one of the popular seafood in Philippines
- yummy

Spider Conch (Lambis)

- it wiggle down your throat when eating
- delicious with hot vinegar and chili or what they called "kinilaw"
- good for taste

Sea Urchin

- small, spiny
- common product in public market
- good for "kinilaw"

Crabs (Alimango)

- great when cooked in coconut milk or coconut cream 
- also good as chili crab recipe
- perfect viand for everyone

- good for "adobo", a very common Filipino dish
- also good for "kinilaw"

- it is a primary source of protein seafood
- great with spicy vinegar
- good for taste

Mussel (Tahong)

- tomato sauce recipe for mussel is great
- enjoy this kind of seafood as a source of protein
- great taste

Oyster (Talaba)

- contain more zinc than any other food
- oyster are heart healthy
- can help you lose weight

Fresh Squid

- can be grilled, added to various preparations including pasta
- help the body absorb and utilize iron
- yummy
